In the summer me and some friends are planning to do a surreal photoshoot using body paint and props! It's definately going to be an interesting day that's for sure.. lets just hope we can find enough people mad enough and who aren't exactly shy who will join in with this to get painted up and photographed!

the falling shdaow on the piano somehow disrupts the depth (which is the main point of this composition).
ReplyDeletehad it been farther way, on the middle part of the tabs, then it would have created better variance. as it is, the shadow dissolves the texture of the foreground, especially the black tabs.
Also i notice your focus is on the 4th or 5th black tab. it's a bit too far, and not the right 'center' of the shot. try adjusting to focus on the 2nd one.
Didn't have time to browse all your flicker photos, but from what i've seen, they're good. :D

Hm yes you make some good observations! I shall bear them in moind and see if I can retake the shot using your suggestions. :)
